Orientation on upcoming update of estatetool's sales and marketing system

    Dear customers,

    We are pleased to announce that we have now completed the rollout of the latest version of estatetool Marketing 4 to all our customers.

    In addition, we have prepared user guides to help you navigate the system and use the new functions. You can find them here: estatetool.dk/support .

    Dear customers,

    We have an exciting update ready in estatetool marketing 4, for which we will update all customer solutions over the next few days. The update includes several new features and improvements. A new multiupload function has been introduced, which streamlines the process of uploading images to multiple devices simultaneously. In addition, improvements have been made in unit data , where all relevant data is now found in the new tabs Master data , Layout , Terms and conditions and Marketing, which makes the system even more user-friendly. There is also a focus on improvements to the offer overview and then we are introducing the possibility to handle marketing costs directly in the system, which will be an important part of the new dashboard, which we will soon have ready.

    In the release note, you also get an overview of the upcoming updates and new functions in the system over the next 4 months.

    Our sub-supplier has announced that the error with them has now been found and corrected, we are currently testing that everything is as it should be in our systems.

    We have received notification from our electronic signing subcontractor that they are experiencing issues with their API. This may temporarily affect your ability to create or speed up signing orders, e.g. between tenant and landlord. They expect to have solved the problem within 1 hour.

    If you cannot create signing orders or retrieve documents, please try again later. If the problem persists, please try again after updating from our vendor.

    Dear users,

    We are pleased to announce that the scheduled maintenance task that involved moving some of our servers to Microsoft Azure is now complete. The task was completed faster than expected and proceeded completely as planned.

    The system is now available again, and you can log in as normal. Should you unexpectedly experience any problems, you are very welcome to contact our support team immediately.

    Thursday 17 October from 16.00 to 23.00 we will carry out a planned replacement of one of our servers, which hosts large parts of estatetool 4. During this period it will not be possible to log in or use the system, as there is a risk that work or data, stored during the period will not transfer correctly to the new server. To avoid data loss, we therefore temporarily close access to the system.

    This server replacement is part of our transition to Microsoft Azure as our new hosting and development partner, which will ensure improved operations and performance going forward.

    We do not expect that the maintenance will affect the operation of websites, home selectors or other end-user services, but there may be short periods when data is not displayed live or where it is not available, but we have planned this to be late Thursday evening .
