    Dear customers and users.

    Over the next few days, we will update all customer solutions with our latest update.

    This update introduces new features and improvements that make working with the system even more efficient.

    Among the new features is the ability to automatically select a cover image and sort media files on devices added with multi-upload.
    Additionally, we are introducing the multi-delete feature, which allows you to delete multi-uploaded media files from multiple devices at once. These features automate previously manual processes and make it easier to work with media across devices.

    We do not expect the update to cause any disruptions for our users. Should you experience any challenges, we would be happy to hear from you so that we can resolve them quickly.

    We are currently experiencing challenges creating a new reservation on some customer solutions. We assume this is related to the weekend server replacement and are working to resolve the error.

    Dear customers and users,

    As part of our implementation of Microsoft as our hosting partner, on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, we will perform the second part of a planned migration of selected servers.


    Please note that during this period it will not be possible to log in or use the system, as there is a risk that work or data saved during the period will not be transferred correctly to the new server. To avoid data loss, we are therefore temporarily closing access to the system. Please also note that it will not be possible to send data to estatetool via our APIs during this period. Data that may be sent is not guaranteed to be saved correctly.

    **** IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU END AND SAVE ALL WORK IN THE SYSTEM BY 8:50 AM****

    This server replacement is part of our transition to Microsoft Azure as our new hosting and development partner, which will ensure improved operations and performance going forward.

    We do not expect the maintenance to affect the operation of websites, home selectors or other end-user services, but there may be short periods where data is not displayed live or is unavailable.
