We have detected an issue with completed signing orders. The error is due to eSignatur, which handles the digital signing process, not returning the completed signing orders with signed documents to us. In addition, we are not notified when a signing order is completed.
We reported the problem to eSignatur at 8:12 a.m., but have not yet received a response.
As we do not know if the error affects all customers, please pay attention to whether completed signing orders are correctly transferred to quotes. If not, please contact our support as soon as possible.
Solution until the error is fixed:
You can manually download the completed signing order to the offer by:
1. Go to the Documents tab of the relevant offer.
2. Click on the i icon next to the signing order.
3. In the open window, expand Signing order - Technology .
4. Click on the Request documents from eSignature button.
This will manually retrieve the latest status and signing order into the system.
