estatetool A/S - Replacement of server – Maintenance details

Dear users,

We are pleased to announce that the scheduled maintenance task that involved moving some of our servers to Microsoft Azure is now complete. The task was completed faster than expected and proceeded completely as planned.

The system is now available again, and you can log in as normal. Should you unexpectedly experience any problems, you are very welcome to contact our support team immediately.

Thursday 17 October from 16.00 to 23.00 we will carry out a planned replacement of one of our servers, which hosts large parts of estatetool 4. During this period it will not be possible to log in or use the system, as there is a risk that work or data, stored during the period will not transfer correctly to the new server. To avoid data loss, we therefore temporarily close access to the system.

This server replacement is part of our transition to Microsoft Azure as our new hosting and development partner, which will ensure improved operations and performance going forward.

We do not expect that the maintenance will affect the operation of websites, home selectors or other end-user services, but there may be short periods when data is not displayed live or where it is not available, but we have planned this to be late Thursday evening .
